18 Mar CEPALCO & COWD Offer 30-Day Extension Of All Bill Payments Due To COVID-19
Mga higala! The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Co., Inc. (CEPALCO) and the Cagayan de Oro City Water District (COWD) is now offering all customers with a 30-DAY EXTENSION for their bill payments, as a way of helping in the current COVID-19 emergency!
This is applicable for everyone whose due dates fall within March 2020 and this will be in effect until further notice.
