Mga higala! The City Health Insurance Office (CHIO) through the City Economic Enterprises Department (CEED) has distributed free face shields and gloves, to help protect the wet section vendors of public markets in Cagayan de Oro!
This is one of the city’s precautionary measures against COVID-19.
