City Health Office Investigates 5 Recent Deaths In Cagayan de Oro

Mga higala! The City Health Office (CHO) has disclosed that they are investigating 5 recent deaths in Cagayan de Oro, 2 of which are suspects for COVID-19!

The first one is a 65-year-old female from RER Phase II in Brgy. Kauswagan and Madamba, Lanao del Sur. She died last April 25, 2020, due to Acute Respiratory Failure, and they are now waiting for her test results.

The second is a 62-year-old male from Brgy. Camaman-an, who also died last April 25 because of Acute Respiratory Failure. Test results pending.

The third death is an 82-year-old female from RER Phase II in Brgy. Kauswagan and Tamparan, Lanao del Sur. She expired at their home on April 26.

The fourth death is a 25-year-old pregnant female from Zone 3, Pinikitan, in Brgy. Camaman-an, who died last April 26 in their home due to Acute Severe Asthma (status asthmaticus).

The last one is a 67-year-old male from Lumba-Bayabao, Lanao del Sur, who died last April 24, 2020, due to Cardiogenic Shock, Pulmonary Edema, and Acute Myocardial Infarction.
