Christmas Caroling To Be Allowed In Areas Under Alert Level 2

Mga higala! Christmas caroling will be allowed in areas that are under the Alert Level 2 status!

However, according to Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya, kids who want to participate are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Moreover, indoor caroling will have a 50% capacity limit and only vaccinated carolers are permitted. Meanwhile, a 70% limit will be implemented in outdoor venues.

Additional rules and guidelines for this can then be decided by the concerned local government units (LGU).

What do you think of this higala? Agree ba ka ani?

(Note: DILG is urging the public to conduct online or virtual carolings to avoid the risks of COVID-19.)
