07 Jun CIDG Confiscates Multiple Firearms & Arrests Councilor In Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
Mga higala! The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) arrested a municipal councilor from Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, today, May 7, for illegally possessing multiple firearms.

The arrest was made after the CIDG executed a search warrant at the suspect’s house in Brgy. Santa Ana and found the following:
- one (1) 9mm KG9 submachine gun
- two (2) caliber 45 handguns
- live ammunition

The councilor was identified as Roger Achas.
