Mga higala! Cinderella Faye Obeñita (Cindy Obeñita) of Barangay Carmen has been crowned as MISS CAGAYAN DE ORO 2019, in the coronation night held yesterday, August 24, at the Limketkai Mall Atrium!
Obeñita competed with 11 other beautiful and talented candidates from all over the city.
