In an article posted by Cagayan de Oro Philippines, the City Government of Cagayan de Oro in collaboration with Ayala Foundation Inc. and Balay Mindanaw signed an agreement regarding the implementation of the Leadership Communities (LeadCom) Cagayan de Oro Year 3, worth P3 million last Monday, November 6.
The objective of the LeadCom Project is to empower youth organizations who were community-based. This can help them by implementing projects that are intended to fill the needs in their communities.
Moreover, the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was led by the City Mayor Oscar Moreno together with Balay Mindanaw Inc. President Charlito Manlupig and Senior Director of Ayala Foundation Joanna Duarte.
