27 Oct City Government Strengthens Barangay Health Governance

The city government of Cagayan de Oro City will be reinforcing the barangay local health governance through the City Health Office.
In an article by Cagayan de Oro News Bulletin, City Health Officer Dr. Fe Bongcas said that the partnership with the community is being done by educating barangay officials on how to give better medical services at barangay health centers.
According to Bongcas, boosting the capacity and effectivity of barangay health centers and barangay health workers is one way to achieve positive changes through their own hard work.
