09 Oct City Gov’t To File Charges Against Face Mask Violators Who Ignored P2,000-Fine & Community Service Penalties

Mga higala! Some violators who were caught for not wearing (or properly wearing) FACE MASKS are going to face charges from the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, for not paying the P2,000-fine and/or not conducting the required community service!
This is in accordance with City Ordinance No. 13946-2020.
The said violators were caught on Monday, October 5, and were given 3 days to settle their fine and comply with their penalties.
