21 Mar City Gov Launches Eco Bricks Facility For Former ‘Mangaykayays’ @ The Old Dumpsite In Upper Carmen
Mga higala! The City Government Of Cagayan de Oro has officially launched an ECO BRICKS FACILITY which will serve as a livelihood for former ‘mangaykayays’ or waste pickers, at the old dumpsite of Zayas Landfill in Upper Carmen.
This eco bricks facility can turn waste plastics into bricks or concrete blocks by grinding them into small pieces and mixing it with cement and sand.
