05 Jan Club Bouncer Alleged Drug Supplier Arrested in Drug Bust Operation
Five sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride or commonly known as shabu worth P22,000 were confiscated in a drug buy-and-bust operation on Tuesday, January 3, 11 p.m.
According to a report from Sun.Star, a supposed bouncer of a bar located in the city was arrested at JR Borja/Osmeña Street, Cagayan de Oro City as he was said to be smuggling illegal drugs.
Police officers from Police Station 1 – Divisoria arrested the suspect who was identified as Mark Anthony Pabonita, 33 years old and is residing at Sto. Niño, Barangay Lapasan.
The suspected shabu weighed around 3 grams.
Police Station 1 Investigator Allan Radaza said that there was a report regarding the arrested suspect who was responsible for the smuggling of drugs in a bar. He added that there’s a huge possibility that Pabonita is the one supplying illegal drugs inside the bar.
Pabonita is currently detained at Maharlika Detention Cell.
