24 Oct College Student Stabbed By Snatchers @ Chavez Street After Refusing To Give Up His Phone

Mga higala! A college student died last night after being stabbed by snatchers, for refusing to give up his smartphone at Chavez Street, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City.
The victim was identified as Joshram Maula, 21 years old, a resident of Purok 5, Taguanao, Barangay Indahag. He is a 3rd-year Information Technology student at the Southern Polytechnic College (SPC).
According to a report by RMN Cagayan de Oro, Joshram was riding a Taguanao liner during the time, when four (4) suspects suddenly clung to the jeepney. Upon reaching Chavez Street, they then grabbed him and tried to take his phone. Unfortunately, when he fought back, they stabbed him in the neck and left him for dead.
Joshram died minutes after being brought by a jeepney driver to the JR Borja General Hospital.
