23 Aug COMELEC Extends Weekday Voter Registration To 7:00 PM Until Sept. 30

Mga higala! The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has approved longer hours for voter registrations all over the country, starting August 23 until September 30, 2021!
Those who want to register now have until 7:00 pm during weekdays and until 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays.
This schedule was decided as a compromise because COMELEC cannot extend the voter registration period beyond September 30, since it may cause delays on other preparations and activities for the upcoming 2022 National and Local Elections.
(Registration is closed in areas under ECQ/MECQ. Subject to disinfection activities.)
