• from Quezon City, school bus conductor
• arrived in CDO on July 7 via sea travel
• now in temporary treatment & monitoring facility (TTMF)
• swabbed on July 12, results july 14, positive
• 2 close contacts identified, 1 in Quezon City and 1 in Misamis Oriental

100th. 27-year-old male, returning OFW, resident of Brgy. Gusa

• from the Middle East
• arrived at NAIA on June 21, swabbed: positive
• quarantined in Pasay City for 7 days
• transferred to New Clark City and quarantined for another 7 days
• re-swabbed on July 1: negative
• arrived in Laguindingan Airport on July 7
• placed in a city isolation unit
• re-swabbed last July 12: positive
• currently in a TTMF
