02 Feb Crema Café and Restaurant Goes on Soft Opening
Crema Café and Restaurant just went on its soft opening last January 27, 2016. Crema is the official restaurant and coffee shop of the Pacifico Boutique Hotel located at the corner of Apolinar Velez and San Agustin (Dolores) Streets. It is now open from 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight.
Crema Café and Restaurant is somewhat of a cross between casual and fine dining so you don’t need to dress up to eat at the place. The restaurant serves up an impressive lineup of Filipino, French, Italian, and other international dishes in their menu.

The soft opening was attended by a few prominent names in Cagayan de Oro from the Pabayo and Camomot clans as well as famous local fashion designer Shine Casiño, Ms. Agnes Lucia Pabayo, and LogicBase Interactive proprietors Bryan King and Ms. Yani Briones.

The café and restaurant derives its name from the Italian word for “cream.” Crema is that thick cream that comes from coffee beans, or the thick effervescent foam from well-crafted espresso, the emulsion of the essential oils contained in the coffee beans. Crema Café and Restaurant and Pacifico Boutique Hotel are both owned by Ms. Eleanor Pabayo.
