14 Oct CSC Eyes To Conduct Online Civil Service Exams Due To COVID-19
Mga higala! The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is considering to conduct online civil service exams instead of the usual pen-and-paper test, due to the still ongoing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic!
According to CSC Commissioner Aileen Lizada, they are currently looking for ways on how to restructure their standard tests and effectively conduct online exams.
“We are not under normal times, and therefore we must adapt,” said Lizada.
ICYDK, around 290,000 individuals were supposed to take the civil service exam last March but it was rescheduled to 2021 because of the pandemic. Other written exams were also canceled for the rest of 2020.
