26 Sep CSWD Holds International Deaf Day Celebration

In an article posted by Cagayan de Oro Philippines, the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) Office held an International Deaf Day celebration yesterday, September 25, at the Ayala Centrio Mall.
With the theme, “Full inclusion with sign language”, the event was participated by more than 300 deaf people from the Deaf Association of Misamis Oriental.
The City Administration, through City Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya, said that it will fully support in improving the programs and activities for the association.
Among those who attended the activity were Chairman of Social Services Committee City Councilor Reuben Daba and CSWD Division Head Julius Pamisa.
