Senator Sonny Angara posted on twitter yesterday a photo of Senator Leila De Lima and Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre shaking hands. He even asked citizens to caption the photo as this was a really unusual sighting.
It would seem that the two exchanged a friendly moment after being embroiled in a media war on issues of extrajudicial killings and human rights.
