16 Jan Moreno Signs Deed of Sale for Piso-Piso Land Title Beneficiaries

January 15, 2018. Yesterday. Mayor Oscar Moreno finally signed the Deed of Sale freeing the Piso-Piso beneficiaries of all restrictions in acquiring the program’s benefits.

This means that all Kagay-anon recipients will soon have their own land to live.
The event was held in the City Hall with Atty. Edgar Cabanlas, chairman of the Task Force for the Emancipation of Piso-Piso Beneficiaries (TFEPB) and Engr. Armen Cuenca, executive director of TFEPB.

As of now, the confirmed 75 beneficiaries were from Macanhan, Barangay Carmen and Isla Consolacion Urban Poor Association (Isla CUPA) in Barangay Consolacion.
