16 Apr DepEd Postpones All Graduation & Moving Up Rites Nationwide Due To Ongoing COVID-19
Mga higala! The Department of Education (DepEd) has officially announced yesterday, April 15, that all graduation rites and moving up ceremonies in all basic education levels for School Year 2019-2020, have been “postponed indefinitely”!
This is due to the continued threat of COVID-19 in the Philippines, together with the extension of the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon and in different parts of the country, and the current restriction of the Department of Health (DOH) on mass gatherings.
