DepEd To Start Limited Face-To-Face Classes All Over PH This November 15

Mga higala! The Department of Education (DepEd) has announced that the pilot implementation of limited face-to-face classes all over the Philippines, under areas with minimal or low risk of COVID-19, will officially start this November 15, 2021!

This is in time with the beginning of the 2nd Grading Quarter of SY 2021-2022.

ICYDK, a total of 120 schools will be included in the said face-to-face classes and 59 public schools have been chosen out of the 638 nominees (as of October 2).

Below are the selected schools in Mindanao:

Moreover, site inspections and simulations are now being conducted and DepEd is now ensuring that the selected schools have a proper implementation and contingency plan, hygiene and sanitation materials, handwashing facilities, standard classrooms, and more.
