Mga higala! Dine-in services, cinemas, karaoke bars, barbershops, and many others will now be allowed in areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), but only at 50% capacity!

However, basic health protocols like social distancing, wearing of face masks, and others will still be strictly enforced.

This according to the “Revised Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine” posted by DILG X:
