Mga higala! A poor dog was found alive with a knife stuck to its forehead!
The said dog was discovered by concerned residents in Brgy. Bonbon, Cebu City, earlier today, November 9, 2022.
According to reports, the dog has been missing for around 4 days before he was found with the said injury.
