05 Feb DOH Confirms 3rd Case Of Novel Coronavirus In Philippines
Mga higala! The Department of Health (DOH) has now confirmed a 3rd case of the 2019 novel coronavirus in the Philippines!
According to Health Undersecretary Eric Domingo, a 60-year-old woman from Wuhan, China, who arrived in Cebu and traveled to Bohol last January 20, tested positive for the virus.
She was admitted to a hospital on January 22 but was then discharged after 9 days, and was allowed to travel back to China.
The woman is said to have developed an immunity to the virus by January 24.
