UPDATE: Mga higala! A patient currently at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) has been included by the DOH in the list of new COVID-19 cases!
(Mga higala! The Department of Health (DOH) in Northern Mindanao has clarified that as of March 11, 2020, there are still ZERO confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the region, contrary to fake news reports circulating on social media!
DOH also wants to advise everyone to refrain from panicking and follow safety precautions against the virus instead, like routinely washing hands, avoiding large gatherings of people, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.)
