30 Nov LOOK: DOLE Reminds Employers To Release 13th-Month Pay
Mga higala! Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is now reminding employers in the private sector to pay their employees 13th-Month Pay!
In a memo, DOLE reiterated the guidelines of the said pay and stressed that it must be released on or before December 24, 2022, provided that the employee has rendered at least 1 month of work.
