27 Sep DOT Region 10 Congratulates Newly Crowned Miss Gingoog
Mga higala! The Department of Tourism (DOT) office of Region 10 or Northern Mindanao has recently published a post congratulating Shirly York Galupo—the newly crowned Miss Gingoog City Diamond Jubilee Queen of Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental!
The said DOT office also praised the city government of Gingoog for successfully holding a pageant amid the pandemic while properly implementing health and safety protocols against COVID-19.
