08 Sep DPWH Finally Inaugurates The Cagayan de Oro City Convention Center
Mga higala! The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has officially launched and turned over the Cagayan de Oro City Convention Center today, September 8, 2021!
The main building is now finally finished and can accommodate up to around 7,700 spectators.
However, due to the pandemic, the ceremonies were held virtually. Watch it below:

ICYDK, the construction of the convention center started way back in 2003 but it was left unfinished and deteriorating.
The needed works were then only resumed in 2018.
