22 Aug Drug Suspect Killed in Drug Bust in Cagayan de Oro, 4 Arrested

Afternoon of August 20, Saturday, authorities conducted a drug bust operation inside Red Court Inn, a motel located at Barangay Camaman-an, Cagayan de Oro City.
Upon arrival, the authorities caught 5 suspects using illegal drugs.
One of the suspects, identified by Police Officer 1 Joel Gacosta of Police Station 2 as Ronnie “Ondoy” Daleon, went to the comfort room to flush the suspected shabu in the toilet. There, he tried to fire his gun which prompted the raiding team to return fire. Daleon gained five gunshot wounds according to the scene of the crime operatives. The authorities also saw suspected shabu residue floating in the toilet and seized the 38 caliber revolver used by the suspect, including other illegal drug paraphernalia. Meanwhile, the remaining 4 suspects who will be facing charges on violation under the Dangerous Drugs Act were identified as follows:
- Allan Angos, 44, a resident of Barangay Patag
- Nicole Daang, 23, a resident of Camaman-an
- Alvin Telon, from Valencia City, Bukidnon
- Alexis Ansano, who worked as a room boy of the Red Court Inn
The police said that they have been monitoring Daleon’s illegal drug activities.
