09 Jun DSWD Urges Public To Not Make Fun Of Troubled Female Who Went Viral For Dancing On Police Car
Mga higala! Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is now urging netizens to not ridicule or make fun of the unstable female (a minor) in Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, who recently went viral when a video of her dancing on top of a police car spread online!
Without any clue about the female’s mental state when the video was taken, netizens hurled a lot of negative reactions.
ICYDK, according to DSWD, the said individual is not in her right mind and was even spotted wandering aimlessly in the city.
She is said to be a resident of Beto, Brgy. 2, in the Municipality of Tubay.
BTW, the authorities are now doing what they can to help her.
