20 Mar LOOK: DTI Implements Purchase Limits Due To Hoarding & Panic Buying Amidst COVID-19 Threat
Mga higala! Due to the hoarding and panic buying of many customers in stores and supermarkets, which are caused by the current COVID-19 threat, the DTI has implemented Memorandum Circular No. 20-07 wherein:
“retailers are enjoined to sell and consumers to buy products in such quantity sufficient only to meet their meet needs for a maximum of seven (7) days.”
