13 Oct Dutch National Shot Dead in Manticao, MisOr
The police are still investigating re the killing of a Dutch national at Barangay Punta Silum, Manticao, Misamis Oriental on October 12, Thursday evening.
The victim was identified as Robertos Banderflueg, 59-year-old from the Netherlands.
Manticao Police Station commander Sr. / Insp Enrique Ebaca-ol said that they see the angle of pedophilia and illegal drugs in the death of the victim.
Recovered from the crime scene is a placard with the inscription ‘Pidopilya at adik ako.’
The phone owned by the victim, which contained four videos of minors, was also confiscated.
According to the investigator, the victim was going home from Iligan City when he was shot dead by riding in tandem using a 45 caliber firearm.
