22 Dec Pres. Duterte Approves P10,000 “Service Recognition Incentive” To Gov’t Workers
Mga higala! President Rodrigo Duterte has recently signed an order that grants a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) worth P10,000 to qualified government employees!
The said order, Administrative Order (AO) 37, was signed last December 18, 2020, and allows the release of said incentive as a reward for a state employee’s loyalty and exceptional financial and operational performance.
This P10,000-service incentive will be given to personnel in national government agencies, including those in state universities and colleges and government-owned or government-controlled corporations.
Below are the conditions for this SRI:
- The civilian personnel are occupying regular, contractual, or casual positions.
- The personnel are still in gov’t service as of November 30, 2020.
- The personnel have rendered at least a total of 4 months of satisfactory service as of November 30, 2020
- Those who have rendered less than 4 months of satisfactory service as of November 30 will be entitled to the following percentage of the SRI:
- The personnel have not received any additional year-end benefits in FY 2020 over and above the benefit authorized by RA No. 6686, as amended by RA No. 8441.
