Mga higala! Just days after the recent earthquakes, evacuees in Makilala, Cotabato, were displaced again last night, November 11, after their tents were soaked and/or blown away by heavy rains and strong winds.

According to a report from the Inquirer, the heavy rain lasted only for around 15 minutes but has affected several evacuation sites, toppled trees, and has forced earthquake victims to relocate.
