According to them, the Buen Provecho first started as an educational program offering healthy tutorials and proper vegan food preparations for health enthusiasts until some of their patrons suggested that they should make a restaurant where customers can directly experience the taste of vegetarian cuisine.

As of now, they have a branch in Uptown CDO located at Lane 101, Building F, Masterson Avenue, Upper Carmen serving vegetarian express meals, short orders, healthy snacks, beverages, and dinner specials.
