Mga higala! El Salvador, Misamis Oriental’s City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) has recently observed an increase in chicken and goat theft cases!
Most of the suspects are said to be riding motorcycles.
ICYMI, this was disclosed in a Facebook post by CDRRMO Head Teodulfo Bombeo.
