27 Dec WATCH: Enforcers Spotted Using Excessive Force On Female Vendor @ Dumaguete City
Mga higala! The Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) of Dumaguete City was spotted using unnecessary or excessive force on a female sidewalk vendor on Christmas Day, December 25, 2021!
In a video posted by Michael Pinero, the said enforcers can be seen grabbing the vendor’s clothes while trying to confiscate her products.
Civilians can then be heard in the background, pleading them to stop and consider her situation.
The heartbreaking scene went on for over 3 minutes. Check out the video below:
(We know the enforcers have a job to do, but using this amount of force on a single person is unnecessary and unjustified.)
