26 Aug Ex-Cop Who Killed Mother & Son Gets “Double Life Sentence” & P950K Penalty
Mga higala! Jonel Nuezca, the former policeman who killed an elderly woman and her son in Paniqui, Tarlac last year, was finally found guilty of 2 counts of murder today, August 26, 2021!
Nuezca was found guilty “beyond reasonable doubt” and was sentenced to up to 40 years of imprisonment by the Paniqui Regional Trial Court Branch 67.
He was also ordered to pay a total of P952,560 for the family members left by his victims.
“Justice has been served!”
