23 Sep President Duterte: Face Shields No Longer Required Outdoors
Mga higala! President Rodrigo Duterte has recently announced that face shields are no longer required when outdoors.
According to the President, its use will only be mandated in areas identified with the “3Cs”:
- Closed
- Crowded
- and Close Contact
This includes indoor establishments or facilities, transportation, gatherings, and activities that promote the close proximity of participants.
This move is said to be part of the advice of medical experts from the national government’s technical advisory group.
