  • Who are entitled to CAMP? Are probationary and new hires qualified?
    • YES. Workers under private sectors, whether permanent, probationary, or contractual, are covered in the said program.
  • Can I still avail the CAMP even if I haven’t used up all of my leave credits?
    • YES. You are still entitled to CAMP because of your income reduction.
  • If I was provided with an advanced 13th-month pay, am I still entitled to CAMP?
    • YES. The company providing you an advanced 13th-month pay during an Enhanced Community Quarantine is not a replacement of a lost income.
  • If I’m still receiving my whole salary while working from home, am I still entitled to CAMP?
    • NO. Those who are entitled to the said program are employees who have income reduction or loss.
  • If the company can’t provide a payroll, is a pay slip enough to submit, including the accomplished Establishment Report Form?
    • YES. Payslips can be submitted if there’s no payroll.
  • Is there a limit in the number of CAMP applications for each company?
    • NONE. All eligible workers in a company can be applied by the employer.
  • What if the employer does not want to apply for DOLE CAMP?
    • You can submit the details of your company to DOLE and the Regional/Field/Provincial Offices of DOLE will be the one to urge your employer to submit the application.
  • Will the financial assistance be directly sent to the employee’s bank account or to the employer?
    • It will be deposited directly into the account of the worker submitted for CAMP.
  • Are big scale establishments not covered by the CAMP?
    • They can still avail the CAMP but Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are more prioritized.
  • How and where can companies apply if they have branches?
    • The branch office can apply all of their workers included in their payroll to the nearest DOLE Regional/Field/Provincial Office.
