19 Sep FDA Issues Public Health Warnings Against 6 Cosmetic Products
Mga higala! The FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) has issued Public Health Warnings against the purchase of 6 cosmetic products allegedly “containing banned ingredients.”
According to a post by DTI Region 10, part of FDA’s advisories read: “The use of these products can pose potential health hazards to the consuming public and may result to adverse reactions including but not limited to skin irritation, itchiness, anaphylactic shock, and organ failure.”
“All Local Government Units (LGUs) and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) are requested to ensure that these cosmetic products are not sold or made available in their localities or areas of jurisdiction.”
