Female commuters in Cagayan de Oro are warned of sex offenders in the city. Some of them usually grab the opportunity to harass girls in crowded jeepneys and multi-cabs.

According to Jealou, the old man shown above kept rubbing his shoulders against the girl’s chest but none of the other passengers were able to act.
Let this be a wake-up call for all commuters, let’s be more aware of our surroundings. Let’s be careful while traveling and help our fellow passengers in situations like this.
