12 Jun First Positive COVID-19 Case In Misamis Oriental Recorded @ Libertad
Mga higala! The first-ever COVID-19 case in Misamis Oriental was recently confirmed at the Municipality of Libertad, which is around 1 hour away from Cagayan de Oro City!
This person arrived at the Laguindingan Airport last June 6, 2020, and was immediately placed in an isolation facility as a person under investigation (PUI).
He/she was then swabbed after experiencing cough and sore throat on June 11, which are both symptoms of the coronavirus disease. The results of the RT-PCR tests came back positive.
