22 May Food Park In CDO Faces Penalty After Violating “No Dine-In” Policy, Liquor Ban, & More
Mga higala! The Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) has issued an ordinance violation receipt (OVR) and a fine against a FOOD PARK in Cagayan de Oro City, for violating the following GCQ guidelines:
1. No Dine-In, Take-Out Only Policy;
2. Consumption/Selling of Alcoholic Beverages In Restaurants;
3. Non-Use/Wearing of Face Masks; and
4. Social or Physical Distancing Measures.
