At the age of 70, Jose Abbu, former Cagayan de Oro City Councilor died on April 20, 2017, Thursday at 3 in the morning.
According to a report from Sun.Star, the former councilor died as he suffered from internal bleeding. Atty. Ruseliz Anne Abbu, his daughter, affirmed that the former councilor was not that healthy since Monday, April 17.
The former councilor was under medical care for a few days but he suffered from multiple heart attacks and organ failure this morning which caused his death.
The ex- councilor’s wake will be at the Cosmopolitan Memorial Chapels starting today, April 21.
