Veterinary surgeons of the city government will be conducting FREE neutering or castrations every Wednesday (starting last July 11) in order to stop the overpopulation of dogs and cats in Cagayan de Oro.
To register, you can visit the City Veterinary Office at BSP Building, Archbishop Hayes Street, CDO or call them at 857 – 2185, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
