The City Government of Cagayan de Oro through the JR Borja General Hospital, City Health Office, Eyecare and Surgicare Program of the City Social Welfare and Development Office, German Doctors and Hallym Burn Foundation of Korea will hold a free clinic and operation for burn with or without contractures on June 28-30, 2016 at JR Borja General Hospital.
