Mga higala! The City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO) of Cagayan de Oro will be conducting a FREE SMOKE EMISSION TESTING every Monday, starting next week, at the Gaston Park!
This will be held from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, near the Old Water Tank beside the St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral, as part of CLENRO’s Anti-Smoke Belching campaign.
