Mga higala! FREE SPAYING & NEUTERING of cats and dogs will be conducted this coming Saturday, April 27, at the Covered Court of Barangay Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City.
This activity aims to fight against the problem of rabies and pet overpopulation in CDO.
Interested pet owners can register starting today, April 22, at Iponan Barangay Hall or at the Cagayan de Oro City Veterinary Office located at along Hayes Street.
This Free Spaying & Neutering activity is made possible by the efforts of the Cagayan de Oro City Veterinary Office, together with Barangay Iponan Council and CDO Spay and Neuter Campaign.
