Mga higala! GAISANO CAPITAL BALINGASAG, the soon-to-be largest commercial building in the Municipality of Balingasag, Misamis Oriental, is now rising and is on a steady phase of development.
Land excavations, septic works, and basic structurings are now ongoing. Below are photos posted by Ruben Latonio:
